EL Structure
EL is the interlayer type structure, there are respectively two electrodes. The top electrode has the electric membrane, from which the light projects,and the bottom one is back electrode ，whose material is mainly silver or carbon. The luminescent material of EL is zinc sulfide (ZnS), when, it has different activators, and driven by the electric field, it can emit light of different colours. The brightness of EL varies with the interelectrode voltage, and frequency’ changing. Usually, when the voltage and frequency increase, the brigtness also increases correspondingly.
